I attended a meeting last night where this salsa was served. I kept going back for seconds (...and then thirds!) trying to figure out all of the ingredients. I just fell in love with its sweet/spicy bite. I have made my own fresh strawberry salsa (and cherry) for years, but I kind of liked this version better. After the host drove me crazy, trying to figure it out, I was shocked when she told me that it contained only 2 ingredients!! Try it and I'll bet that you like it as well. (Would also be fantastic to dress up chicken breasts or any other meat, wraps, etc.)
