blueberry basil barbecue sauce
I LOVE watching "The Kitchen" on FoodNetwork. Sunny's Blueberry BBQ Sauce looked really good, BUTm I had bottled Blueberry Basil Vinegar a few months earlier and thought, "Why not, instead of the Apple Cider Vinegar?" SO glad I did, it was awesome. I realize that you will have to bottle your own Blueberry Basil Vinegar first and then have to make the sauce, but oh my, it will be worth it. This is both a sweet and very spicy barbecue sauce. Serve this on Grouse or chicken McNuggets, Moose Steak Fingerlings, Baked Chicken, Pork Ribs....anything you would serve with a barbecue sauce.
