  • 3 1/2 oz
    black peppercorns, cracked
  • 2 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    coarse sea salt

How to Make PEPPERY OIL

Step-by-Step

  1. In a jar pour in the black peppercorns, salt, and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Stir vigorusly, all with a tablespoon. Cover with a tight fitting lid and let sit three weeks in a cool dark place before use
  3. NOTE: If you warm the oil slightly it will help infuse the pepper to the oil. JUST WARM.
