Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces black peppercorns, cracked
- 2 1/2 cups olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
How To Make peppery oil

Step 1In a jar pour in the black peppercorns, salt, and extra virgin olive oil.

Step 2Stir vigorusly, all with a tablespoon. Cover with a tight fitting lid and let sit three weeks in a cool dark place before use

Step 3NOTE: If you warm the oil slightly it will help infuse the pepper to the oil. JUST WARM.
