This Peppery Oil is great for a marinade for steak and a dressing for your salad, but don't forget the pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces black peppercorns, cracked
  • 2 1/2 cups olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

How To Make peppery oil

  • Step 1
    In a jar pour in the black peppercorns, salt, and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Stir vigorusly, all with a tablespoon. Cover with a tight fitting lid and let sit three weeks in a cool dark place before use
  • Step 3
    NOTE: If you warm the oil slightly it will help infuse the pepper to the oil. JUST WARM.
