Better than store bought and as good as any restaurant honey mustard dressing I've had. Sometimes I'll ad a pinch of cayenne for an added kick when making this as a dipping sauce.

prep time 5 Min
cook time
method No-Cook or Other
yield 2 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup prepared mustard (french's)
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium or lite
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (miracle whip)
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

How To Make honey mustard dressing / dipping sauce

  • Step 1
In a small bowl whisk all of the ingredients together until well blended. Refrigerate.
  • Step 2
This dressing doesn't taste spicy, but after a minute or two you'll feel a little heat at the back of your throat. This is great with fried chicken tenders, and delicious on salads (hot pepper optional.) Recipe can be multiplied as much as needed.
