Ingredients
- 1 quart salad oil
- 2 - shallots, quartered
- 1 large clove garlic, halved
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons creole mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 15 - basil leaves
- - salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly cracked
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
How To Make basil vinaigrette dressing

Step 1Place all ingredients in food processor except oil and turn on.

Step 2Slowly drizzle oil to emulsify. Check for seasoning and adjust if needed.
