Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 4 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 tsp
    dried thyme, crumbled
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    dried cayanne pepper crushed finely

How to Make BARBECUE SEASONING MIX

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pint jar, cover tightly, and shake to mix well.
  2. Sprinkle about 1/4 tea. on each side of steaks, chops, chicken, fish, or vegetables before grilling, broiling, or roasting.
  3. Store the mix in a cool dark, and dry place. Keeps up to 6 months. Makes about 3/4 cup.
