If you like chow chow you will like this Pear Relish. Comes from my dads Uncle. This recipe is for time after time

Ingredients
- 1 gallon hard pears peeled cored and diced
- 1/2 gallon onions diced and soaked in1 cup pickling salt 1 hour drained and rinsed
- 14 medium size bell peppers 7 green 7 red
- 25 - bird eye peppers
- 1 quart cider vinegar
- 1 medium bottle prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons turmiric
How To Make pear relish

Step 1Grind pears, onions, and peppers and place in a large pot with other ingredients. Bring to a boil stirring often about 25 minute

Step 2Start filling clean sterilized jars and seal. Makes 15 pints. Wonderful on meats, roast steak ect. Alot like chow chow
