Ingredients
- 1 - peach, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
How To Make peachy dressing

Step 1Combine peach and 1/4 cup buttermilk in food processor or blender. Whirl until pureed.

Step 2Add remaining buttermilk, the vinegar, honey, salt and sugar. Whirl to blend.

Step 3Scrape the dressing from the processor or blender, and store in covered container in refrigerator. Serve over mixed greens or fruits.
