Fresh, quick and easy dressing with only 2g of carbs per Tablespoon, only a trace of fat.

Ingredients

  • 1 - peach, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar

How To Make peachy dressing

  • Step 1
    Combine peach and 1/4 cup buttermilk in food processor or blender. Whirl until pureed.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining buttermilk, the vinegar, honey, salt and sugar. Whirl to blend.
  • Step 3
    Scrape the dressing from the processor or blender, and store in covered container in refrigerator. Serve over mixed greens or fruits.
