How to Make Peachy Dressing


  1. Combine peach and 1/4 cup buttermilk in food processor or blender. Whirl until pureed.
  2. Add remaining buttermilk, the vinegar, honey, salt and sugar. Whirl to blend.
  3. Scrape the dressing from the processor or blender, and store in covered container in refrigerator. Serve over mixed greens or fruits.
