This is a yummy dressing that goes great on a crisp lettuce salad. Add some chopped carrots, and other goodies, plus some chicken, and you have a healthy and tasty meal.

This dressing will also work drizzled over chicken or fish. So yummy.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
sweet clover honey
4 Tbsp
mayonnaise, or vegenaise
1/2 tsp
dark-roasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp
hot sesame oil, sometimes called: sesame chili oil
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp
tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tsp
lemon juice, freshly squeezed

How to Make Oriental Dressing with a Kick

Step-by-Step

  • 1PREP/PREPARE
  • 2Gather your ingredients.
  • 3Place all of the ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
  • 4Chef’s Note: The hot sesame oil adds a bit of a kick to an otherwise plain dressing.
  • 5Whisk until completely incorporated.
  • 6Cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before using. Enjoy.
  • 7Chef’s Note: This dressing will last up to three days in the fridge, if tightly covered.
  • 8Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
