Incredible Asian Salad With Chicken

Family Favorites

This is a recipe that is served at all of our family gatherings and has been for many years. That really is the sign of a good recipe, isn't it? When family members are disappointed when a favorite dish isn't made?! For a main course, I plate the salad individually and add hot grilled or breaded chicken to the bed of greens.

Hope it becomes a favorite of yours too!

We double recipe for large gatherings.
