Taste explosion Greek layer dip

sherry monfils

With the super bowl parties coming up and me on a low fat diet, I decided to make something a little healthier with less fat, but with lots of flavor, that I and others could enjoy quilt free! This is perfect. But you have to make sure and use very fresh ingredients. Believe me, it makes a world of difference!

1/4 c
good quality olive oil
1/2 tsp

1 pkg
fresh, soft pita bread, cut into triangles

1In a 8" glass pie pan, or decorative pan, Layer garlic hummus, red pepper hummus, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato and kalamata olives.
2In small bowl, whisk together olive oil and oregano. Drizzle over top of dip. Gently place plastic wrap over the top. Refrigerate at least one hr to meld the flavors well.
