  • 2
    8oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger

How to Make Pumpkin Dip with Gingersnaps and Fruit

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and spices mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. May be prepared the day ahead.
  3. I serve this on a dip tray with the pumpkin dip in the middle surrounded by ginger snaps, cinnamon graham crackers and fresh fruit. Very pretty and very festive !
