·juice from 1 lemon
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
·salt to taste
1 Tbspchopped parsley
How to Make Hummus
- Drain chick peas and add to blender all ingredients except garnish.
Blend on high 30 seconds-if too thick add water 1 tbsp at a time to achieve desired consistency.
Place on plate and garnish w oil, parsley, and paprika (if desired).
- Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or just about whatever you like for dipping. Enjoy!
