Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1/3 cup tahini
- - juice from 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- - salt to taste
- GARNISH OPTIONAL:
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- - paprika
How To Make hummus

Step 1Drain chick peas and add to blender all ingredients except garnish. Blend on high 30 seconds-if too thick add water 1 tbsp at a time to achieve desired consistency. Place on plate and garnish w oil, parsley, and paprika (if desired).

Step 2Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or just about whatever you like for dipping. Enjoy!
