Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • - juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • - salt to taste
  • GARNISH OPTIONAL:
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • - paprika

How To Make hummus

  • Step 1
    Drain chick peas and add to blender all ingredients except garnish. Blend on high 30 seconds-if too thick add water 1 tbsp at a time to achieve desired consistency. Place on plate and garnish w oil, parsley, and paprika (if desired).
  • Step 2
    Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or just about whatever you like for dipping. Enjoy!
