Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    garbanzo beans
  • 1/3 c
    tahini
  • ·
    juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • GARNISH OPTIONAL:

  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • ·
    paprika

How to Make Hummus

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain chick peas and add to blender all ingredients except garnish.

    Blend on high 30 seconds-if too thick add water 1 tbsp at a time to achieve desired consistency.

    Place on plate and garnish w oil, parsley, and paprika (if desired).
  2. Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or just about whatever you like for dipping. Enjoy!
