8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
8 oz container lite sour cream
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 large
ripe avocado, peeled, halved, cored, chopped
1/4 c
chopped red onion.
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
lg bag baked tortilla chips

How to Make Healthy new years avocado dip


  • 1In lg mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt until fluffy.
  • 2Beat in avocado until just combined. Stir in red onions and lemon juice.
  • 3Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
