    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    8 oz container lite sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 large
    ripe avocado, peeled, halved, cored, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped red onion.
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    lg bag baked tortilla chips

How to Make Healthy new years avocado dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt until fluffy.
  2. Beat in avocado until just combined. Stir in red onions and lemon juice.
  3. Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
