This is a tasty, yet healthy dip especially for baked tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 8 oz container lite sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, halved, cored, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 - lg bag baked tortilla chips

How To Make healthy new years avocado dip

  • Step 1
    In lg mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt until fluffy.
  • Step 2
    Beat in avocado until just combined. Stir in red onions and lemon juice.
  • Step 3
    Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
