Rosemary dinner rolls makes for an amazing paring as is shown in the cover photo.
Ingredients

1 pkgorzo, cooked drained
-
1 pkgone each; red and yellow tomatoe
-
1/2 ceach; red onion, orange bell pepper, peppadew peppers
-
·kalamata olives
-
·feta cheese
-
·garbanzo beans
-
·pinch fresh diced parsley
-
·cucumber diced
-
·salami cubes ( if using a as a main dish)
-
DRESSING
-
1/2 colive oil
-
1/4 clemon juice
-
·fig vinegar or apples cider vinegar ( to taste-adds tang)
-
pinchpinch each; salt, pepper, garli

1 Tbspsugar
How to Make Mediterranean Orzo Salad
- After orzo has cooled, combine all diced vegetables.
- Add feta closer to time to serve as well, the dressing. Tweek dressing for your own taste. Can also substitute the fig oil for balsamic vinegar.
Serving dressing on side allows for individual taste. - A variety of olives makes for a beautiful dish!
