- 3 tablespoons dijon, yellow or brown mustard (we mix all three together)
- 1 - stalk celery(chopped, diced)
- few dash liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- - couple shakes salt and pepper
- *GARNISH WITH PICKLED CARROTS OR PICKLED JALAPENOS
