This salad is one of my favorite. Very fast to cook, very tasty and healthy. Omega-3, Vitamin C, potassium! No salt, no fats!

How To Make
Cut tofu into the cubes. Put them on the frying pan without oil and let them fry a little.
Defrost peeled and boiled shrimps. Cut tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado into the cubes. Cut lettuce leaves, put them on the plate. Then put all of the vegetables, tofu and shrimps. Dress the salad with soy-sauce and sesame seeds.
