Ingredients For phytofit salad

  • 2 c
    cabbage, shredded
  • 2 c
    purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c
    shredded apples
  • 1 c
    shredded pears
  • 1 c
    raw beets
  • 1 c
    carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    raisins craisins or dried cherries
  • 1
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1
    squeezed lemon juice
  • 3-2-1 SALAD DRESSING
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    maple syrup

How To Make phytofit salad

    Shred and combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Add zest and lemon juice to protect apples and pears.

    SALAD DRESSING: Mix salad dressing ingredients in a bowl on dressing jar. I used a reusable plastic “ketchup” bottle and shake vigorously. Dressing will stay in the refrigerator for 7- 10 days (if it lasts that long!).
