Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup shredded apples
- 1 cup shredded pears
- 1 cup raw beets
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins craisins or dried cherries
- 1 - lemon zest, grated
- 1 - squeezed lemon juice
- 3-2-1 SALAD DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
How To Make phytofit salad

Step 1Shred and combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl. Add zest and lemon juice to protect apples and pears.

Step 2SALAD DRESSING: Mix salad dressing ingredients in a bowl on dressing jar. I used a reusable plastic “ketchup” bottle and shake vigorously. Dressing will stay in the refrigerator for 7- 10 days (if it lasts that long!).
