Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked couscous
- 1/2 medium orange bell pepper-diced
- 1 medium cucumber-diced
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1 can chickpeas- rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup mediterranean feta crumbles
- DRESSING
- 1 medium fresh lemon juice squeezed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
How To Make greek couscous salad with lemon dressing

Step 1Secure a container with lid. Dice up Cucumber, bell pepper, red onion. Add Add in chickpeas to Cooked Couscous in the bowl. Toss Well.

Step 2Secure a glass jar for mixing the dressing. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and fresh lemon Juice to jar, and shake with lid on. Add Feta. Toss again.

Step 3Pour dressing over the salad. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy.
