Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1/2 medium orange bell pepper-diced
  • 1 medium cucumber-diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1 can chickpeas- rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup mediterranean feta crumbles
  • DRESSING
  • 1 medium fresh lemon juice squeezed
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

How To Make greek couscous salad with lemon dressing

  • Step 1
    Secure a container with lid. Dice up Cucumber, bell pepper, red onion. Add Add in chickpeas to Cooked Couscous in the bowl. Toss Well.
  • Step 2
    Secure a glass jar for mixing the dressing. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and fresh lemon Juice to jar, and shake with lid on. Add Feta. Toss again.
  • Step 3
    Pour dressing over the salad. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy.
