Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas-rinsed and drained
- 2 medium cucumbers sliced - quartered or halved
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes-halved
- 2 cans black olives-drained and sliced
- 1 pint mediterranean feta
- 1/2 small red onion- mini diced
- DRESSING: LEMON JUICE, MINCED GARLIC,OLIVE OIL, SALT PEPPER
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic-pressed or diced

Step 1Combined all ingredients in large resealable bowl. Add dressing ingredients in a small glass jar. I use an empty ranch dressing jar and shake and pour and toss until salad is coated nicely. Chill 2 hours before serving.
