THIS IS A DIFFERENT WAY OF HAVING SALAD WITH A DELICIOUS HOMEMADE CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING OR IF U PREFER MY HOMEMADE RANCH....EITHER WAY UR MOUTH WILL SMILE :)

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of lettuce, cut into quarters n rinsed - refrigerate to keep crisp
  • 1/2 cup chives, fresh n choppd
  • 3/4 cup red peppers, choppd
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked n choppd (or more)
  • CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh (can use white vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk or half n half used to thin out to ur liking

How To Make wedge salad with chunky blue cheese dressing

  • Step 1
    RINSE N SHAKE OUT EXCESS WATER FROM EACH LETTUCE WEDGE N REFRIGERATE TO KEEP CRISP.
  • Step 2
    MIX ALL OF CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING INGREDIENTS IN MED SIZE BOWL ... WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MILK OR HALF N HALF USE THIS A TABLESPOON AT A TIME TO THIN OUT DRESSING TO UR LIKING THEN REFRIGERATE.

    POUR ON CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING OR USE MY RANCH DRESSING N SPRINKLE ON TOPPINGS....ENJOY
