Ingredients
- 1 large head of lettuce, cut into quarters n rinsed - refrigerate to keep crisp
- 1/2 cup chives, fresh n choppd
- 3/4 cup red peppers, choppd
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked n choppd (or more)
- CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh (can use white vinegar)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk or half n half used to thin out to ur liking

Step 1RINSE N SHAKE OUT EXCESS WATER FROM EACH LETTUCE WEDGE N REFRIGERATE TO KEEP CRISP.

Step 2MIX ALL OF CHUNKY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING INGREDIENTS IN MED SIZE BOWL ... WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MILK OR HALF N HALF USE THIS A TABLESPOON AT A TIME TO THIN OUT DRESSING TO UR LIKING THEN REFRIGERATE.
