roasted red pepper vinaigrette
I made this up off the top of my head and the quantities are rough guesstimates as close as I remember. I made this to put on grilled romaine hearts but use on whatever you choose.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces jar drained or 2 large fresh roasted red bell pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger ( dorot gardens makes a frozen minced ginger 1 cube)
- 1 teaspoon basil dry
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. fresh ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make roasted red pepper vinaigrette

Step 1Add Red pepper to food processor and pulse until puréed about 5 or 6 pulses

Step 2Add all ingredients except olive oil and pulse a few time to mix

Step 3Turn processor on and slowly pour olive oil to emulsify.

Step 4Taste and adjust salt to your taste
