chopped. slightly toasted walnuts

celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c
red & white seedless grapes. sliced

sweet apple, cored & chopped

chopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 c
dried cranberries
3 Tbsp
mayonnaise or greek yogurt
1 Tbsp
greek seasoning
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/4 tsp
freshly ground pepper
lettuce beds

How to Make one "Jumbled Waldorf"

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), greek seasoning and the lemon juice. The add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper. Mix well.
  • 2Mix in the apple, celery, grapes, chicken, cranberries and walnuts.
  • 3Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
