Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped. slightly toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red & white seedless grapes. sliced
- 1 - sweet apple, cored & chopped
- 1 - chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- - lettuce beds
How To Make one "jumbled waldorf"

Step 1In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), greek seasoning and the lemon juice. The add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper. Mix well.

Step 2Mix in the apple, celery, grapes, chicken, cranberries and walnuts.

Step 3Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
