This is an easy dish that is uncommon and tasteful, good any season but I usually fix it for company and holidays.

  • 8oz box
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    white sugar
  • 2 medium
    bananas sliced
  • 1 1/3 c
    fresh pineapple chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 c
    frozen and thawed raspberries or strawberries do not drain syrup
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 16 oz
    whipped cream

How to Make Bonnie's frozen fruit salad


  1. Beat sugar and cream cheese till well blended. Add pineapple, berries with juice, pecans and mix well. Add bananas and mix gently.
  2. Make sure cream is cold. Start mixer with a low setting till incorporated then turn to high watch the cream when it starts to get firm stop.
  3. Fold whipped cream into fruit mixture. May place fruit salad in cupcake cups and freeze. Take out of freezer 20 minutes prior to serving. Use a metal spatula around the rim of each cup to remove salad.
