- 4 cups chicken cooked and diced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups sliced seedless grapes
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup greek yogurt or 1 cup mashed avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken salad gluten free

Step 1Grill chicken until done dice and set aside.

Step 2Mix yogurt or avocado, salt, pepper in a small bowl.

Step 3Combine yogurt or avocado with diced chicken mixture. Chill 1 hour.

Step 4Serve chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or on crescent rolls...... If you have this on a crescent it will have some gluten.
