    chicken cooked and diced
  • 2 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 c
    sliced seedless grapes
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 c
    greek yogurt or 1 cup mashed avocado
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make CHICKEN SALAD GLUTEN FREE

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl mix.
  2. Mix yogurt or avocado, salt, pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Combine yogurt or avocado with chicken mixture. Chill 1 hour.
  4. NOTE: cook chicken breasts 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until totally done.
