I personally do use this if and when I get clogged up sinuses.You will have to talk yourself into this one folks.But AH---the quick relief this will bring you!No more swelled up and stuffed up head.USE ONLY ON ADULTS!

  1. When your sinuses are clogged up(GROWN UPS ONLY).Just take a tiny little pinch of cayenne pepper and snort it up your nostril.I would only do one and wait to see if you even need to do the other.
