1In saucepan, bring water to boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until liquid is gone, 20 mins.
2Bring a lg saucepan of water to boil. Add cabbage leaves, cook 4 min, or until leaves are soft. Drain and cool. In bowl, combine ground turkey, rice, onion, egg, salt & pepper. Add 2 tbsp tomato soup and mix well.
3Divide meat mix evenly among cabbage leaves. Roll up and secure w/ toothpicks. In lg skillet over medium heat, place the cabbage rolls Pour soup over rolls. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 40 mins, stirring and basting w/ sauce.
