My dad would make these for a wonderful Sunday dinner.
They're so easy to make.

Ingredients

water
1/3 c
uncooked white rice
8 large
cabbage leaves
1 lb
ground turkey breast
1/4 c
chopped onion
1 large
egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1
10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup

How to Make dads easy stuffed cabbage rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1In saucepan, bring water to boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until liquid is gone, 20 mins.
  • 2Bring a lg saucepan of water to boil. Add cabbage leaves, cook 4 min, or until leaves are soft. Drain and cool. In bowl, combine ground turkey, rice, onion, egg, salt & pepper. Add 2 tbsp tomato soup and mix well.
  • 3Divide meat mix evenly among cabbage leaves. Roll up and secure w/ toothpicks. In lg skillet over medium heat, place the cabbage rolls Pour soup over rolls. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 40 mins, stirring and basting w/ sauce.
