Ingredients
- 4 - thick loin pork chops
- 1/4 cup uncooked white or brown rice
- 4 slices thick cut bermuda onion
- 4 slices tomatoe thickly sliced
- 4 slices green peppers without seeds and thickly sliced
- 2 1/2 cups beef bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make pork chops and rice

Step 1Saute chops on both sides. Place chops in a low buttered casserole and place 1 tablespoon of dry rice on each chop.

Step 2Place one slice of onion, one slice of green pepper, one slice of tomato on top of each chop.

Step 3Pour bouillon over all and sprinkle with the herbs, salt and pepper. Cover and place in a 350 degrees oven and cook for about 50 minutes.
