beef pasta with creamy mushroom
(1 RATING)
Scandinavian roots run deep in our family, and this dish is so commonly prepared even the youngest of our up & coming cooks can make it almost instinctually. Extremely simple, inexpensive, and a time saver! At times we have added green pepper, large mushroom pieces, sour cream, Worcester sauce, or parsley. All are fine additions, but mostly we enjoy the simplicity of the original 30+ year tried, and true recipe. (The true original of 200+ year old recipe is very labor intensive -so we'll use this one!) We hope you enjoy :D
