I've been trying to recreate mom's pork and sauerkraut recipe. Been checking different recipes and adjusted and come pretty close to mom's. This dish is truly filling and good and is even better the second day. One of those crockpot recipes ya gotta love. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 large package sauerkraut
- 1 - pork tenderloin, cut into large chucks
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 5 - potatoes, peeled and sliced into hunks
- 5 - carrots, peeled and sliced into hunks
- 1/2 cup apple vinegar
- 2 cups water
How To Make pork and sauerkraut-connie's

Step 1Drain sauerkraut.

Step 2Place sauerkraut into crock-pot.

Step 3Place tenderloin pieces on top.

Step 4Pot potatoes and carrots into crock-pot.

Step 5Add vinegar and water mixture.

Step 6Put celery seed, salt and pepper into crock-pot mixture.

Step 7Stir well.

Step 8Cook 5 hours on low.
