I love stuffed cabbage rolls with the tangy sweet sauce. I was excited to turn my favorite recipe into an easy casserole. IT is easy to double this recipe and make and extra casserole to stick in the freezer. Don't bake until removing from freezer.

For the rice ingredient I like to use the brown rice/quinoa ready to use packets. The quinoa adds a healthier less carbohydrate component to the recipe. I prefer the currents over the raisins.
