6 slicegruyere cheese or swiss, thinly sliced
6 sliceboars head pesto ham thinly sliced or your choice
1 tspbutter for greasing baking dish

How to Make Beligan Endive and ham casserole
- Par boil Beligan endive for 10 mins.
- Drain endive, let cool until able to handle.
- Wrap each Beligan endive first with ham and then with cheese.
- Place side by side in the buttered baking dish.
- Dash a small amount of fresh grated nutmeg.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.Ucover the last 5 minutes.
