freshly grated nutmeg
gruyere cheese or swiss, thinly sliced
boars head pesto ham thinly sliced or your choice
butter for greasing baking dish

How to Make Beligan Endive and ham casserole
1Par boil Beligan endive for 10 mins.
2Drain endive, let cool until able to handle.
3Wrap each Beligan endive first with ham and then with cheese.
4Place side by side in the buttered baking dish.
5Dash a small amount of fresh grated nutmeg.
6Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.Ucover the last 5 minutes.
