Delicious and satisfying, tried to edit in cucumber,one half cup, sliced.Have lost 20 pounds and this new eatstyle is part of the reason.

  • 3 ounces arugula
  • 5 - cherry tomatoes
  • - fresh, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple and orange, sliced and cut uo
  • 3 - chicken tenders, =3 oz or less

    Place all ingredients in a single sized serving bowl

    Chill and serve with or without dressing.
