- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make perfect baked cod for two

Step 1Coat a baking dis with a small amount of oil or butter and set a side. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2on a bowl mix the bread crumbs, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and parmesan cheese together and dredge fillets into mix and place in the baking dish.

Step 3Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees and then put under broiler for 5 minutes to brown up.
