    rainbow trout filet
  • 4 large
  • 4 oz
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    feiny's chesapeake bay rub
  • 2 oz
    squash, fresh
  • 4 slice
  • 1 small
  • 2 oz
  • 4 oz
  • 1 small
    sweet potatoes

How to Make Panko Almond Crusted Trout&Shrimp Bacon Hash


  1. Take two pieces of Rainbow Trout and bread with panko mixture and rubs. sauté on stove with a little oil until golden. about 3 minutes per side. sauté shrimp.
  2. saute zucchini, squash, onion and bacon until golden...
  3. peel sweet potatoes and drop in fryer @250 for 2 minutes…don't burn.

    heat up cream and pesto and pour on plate and layer,
    next hash, then fish then shrimp…stack sweet potato on top.
