Ingredients

  • 2 large rainbow trout filet
  • 4 large shrimps
  • 4 ounces zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons almond
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons feiny's chesapeake bay rub
  • 2 ounces squash, fresh
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 ounces pesto
  • 4 ounces cream
  • 1 small sweet potatoes

How To Make panko almond crusted trout&shrimp bacon hash

  • Step 1
    Take two pieces of Rainbow Trout and bread with panko mixture and rubs. sauté on stove with a little oil until golden. about 3 minutes per side. sauté shrimp.
  • Step 2
    saute zucchini, squash, onion and bacon until golden...
  • Step 3
    peel sweet potatoes and drop in fryer @250 for 2 minutes…don't burn. heat up cream and pesto and pour on plate and layer, next hash, then fish then shrimp…stack sweet potato on top. ENJOY
