How to Make Panko Almond Crusted Trout&Shrimp Bacon Hash
- Take two pieces of Rainbow Trout and bread with panko mixture and rubs. sauté on stove with a little oil until golden. about 3 minutes per side. sauté shrimp.
- saute zucchini, squash, onion and bacon until golden...
- peel sweet potatoes and drop in fryer @250 for 2 minutes…don't burn.
heat up cream and pesto and pour on plate and layer,
next hash, then fish then shrimp…stack sweet potato on top.
