2-4 lbswai fish: you could also use trout, cod or halibut

2 Tbsplemon juice concentrate

1 tspdill weed
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 cwhipping cream
-
2 Tbspbread crumbs
How to Make Swai Fish in Cream Sauce.
- In a greased 13 by 9 inch pan, lay the fish of your choice.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper.
- Pour over cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 oven.
