This was submitted as a trout recipe by Ann Nace of Perkasie, Pennsilvania in a Taste of Country magazine. I am trying it today for the first time so Thanks a Bunch Ann...it's very very good.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 pounds swai fish: you could also use trout, cod or halibut
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs

How To Make swai fish in cream sauce.

  • Step 1
    In a greased 13 by 9 inch pan, lay the fish of your choice.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Pour over cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 oven.
