Ingredients
- 2-4 pounds swai fish: you could also use trout, cod or halibut
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
How To Make swai fish in cream sauce.

Step 1In a greased 13 by 9 inch pan, lay the fish of your choice.

Step 2Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper.

Step 3Pour over cream and sprinkle with crumbs.

Step 4Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 oven.
