·2 swordfish steaks
·2 tbsp olive oil
·1/2 tsp ground coriander
·1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
·1/2 tsp sea salt
·1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
·1 lime or lemon, cut into wedges
·olive oil or a dab of butter
·2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro for garnish
·lime or lemon zest for garnish
How to Make Grilled Swordfish
- Make sure your grill is hot... You will want to heat the grill to about medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the swordfish with the olive oil then season with coriander, thyme and salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish steaks 3 - 5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
- Top each steak with a dab of butter or a drizzle of olive oil, add a lime wedge or two, for squeezing over the fish and top with cilantro and lime or lemon zest for garnish.
