- 1 1/2 pounds cleaned chicken livers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 - onion diced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon shortening
How To Make sautied chicken livers

Step 1Wash the chicken livers in cold water , cut them into guarters , sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour.

Step 2Sautie onions in shortening, add chicken livers and brown, and broth and simmer 2-4 minutes.
