Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, whole (bone in)
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/4 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- - salt and pepper
How To Make lemon oregano chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Season well with salt and pepper. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Step 2Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano in a small bowl. Pour over chicken breasts.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. While chicken is baking, every 15-20 minutes, spoon some of the lemon oregano mixture over each breast. Enjoy!
