take chicken add colour , garlic ginger , garam masala,yogut,red chilli powder , green chilli sauce ,turmeric,salt ........keep for marinate 2 - 3 hours in fridge
then take a pan add oil for deep fry then add sliced onion ,cut half green chillies from middle let it fry when it is coming tob become browninsh add chicken and fry ...........
keep in high flame for 15 mins ..then add mint leaves and keep for 10 mins in low flame ...keep going on mixing...........take a bowl and strainer ...put the mixture into the strainer ...then the remaining oil comes out .............serve it hot
