betty's greek kebabs
Authentically Greek and oh so easy to make. Lamb or chicken marinated in lemon juice and Greek herb blend. Grilling adds to the flavour, though you could cook inside. A great cook out recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 pound lamb or chicken, diced into chunks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (bottled is fine)
- 1 small onion, grated (you want the flesh and the juice)
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make betty's greek kebabs

Step 1Mix everything together in a ceramic or glass bowl. Marinate for 2 - 24 hours

Step 2Thread meat on to skewers (which have been soaked in water) and BBQ (or don't thread and just BBQ). Use a low flame so you don't burn the outside.

Step 3Serve with Greek salad, tzatziki and flat bread.
