Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken
- 1 bottle sesame sauce
- 1 bottle lemon juice
- 3 pounds red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
How To Make asian sesame chicken

Step 1Clean the potatoes and add them into a pot of cold water. Set it on the stove and simmer.

Step 2While the potatoes are cooking, set the oven at 350F. Clean the chicken. Take off the skin and use the method my grandmother taught me. Using lemon juice. Add some water and pat dry.

Step 3Put the chicken in an oven-proof dish and pour the asian sesame sauce on the chicken. Put the chicken inside the oven and cook for 2 hours, and check it in 1 hour and then turn it.

Step 4When the potatoes are done, leave them on the stove and mashed them and add the milk, mayonnaise, butter, salt and pepper. Taste them.

Step 5Serve the chicken and mashed potatoes on a plate. Enjoy!!
