Ingredients
- - 1 kg pork flank steak
- - 3 - 4 oz breadcrumbs, with herbs or plain
- - 1 sweet onion, finely chopped
- - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- - 1 1/4 cup sausage meat or minced pork,
- - 1/4 cup ham, finely chopped
- - 1/8 cup bacon, finely chopped
- - 2 jumbo eggs
- - optional water bath, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 1/2 onion, 2 stalks celery (salt & pepper)
How To Make stuffed pork

Step 1In a small bowl mix together well, the breadcrumbs, onion and garlic, ground meat or sausage, salt, pepper, parsley, ham, bacon and eggs .

Step 2Use the prepared meat mixture to gently stuff the inside of the flank steak. Once stuffed, sew the flank steak up.

Step 3Now place the rolled stuffed steak in a pot of boiling salted water with a chopped carrot, a potato, 1/2 an onion, 2 stalks celery or you could use just plain water, lower heat and simmer for 2 - 2.5 hours until tender.

Step 4Serve with your favorite roasted root vegetables.
