red white & blue smoothies

This is a healthy, not overly-sweet strawberry, blueberry and banana smoothie that I created for my grandkids. They were my taste testers and gave it a big thumbs up. I used agave nectar, but I think honey would be good also. FYI, adults will love it too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 small container strawberry greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

How To Make red white & blue smoothies

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
