power-packed fruit smoothie
This is an easy way for me to get in the protein I need daily. Two smoothies using this recipe and Syntrax Nectar protein powder (fuzzy navel just happens to be my favorite, and it pairs well with the frozen fruit I prefer to use) provides a total of 54 grams of protein, which is just 11 grams shy of my minimum daily protein intake of 65 grams!

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen strawberries, mango & pineapple
- 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
- 2 scoops syntax nectar fuzzy navel protein powder

Step 1Do no thaw the frozen fruit. This will take the place of ice.

Step 2Throw all ingredients into a blender.

Step 3Blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses. Drink & enjoy!
