- 2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 4 large guavas, washed, ends removed and quartered
- 1 1/2 cups mangoes, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups milk (substitute almond milk)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons agave nectar (substitute honey)
How To Make polynesian smoothie

Step 1In the jar of a blender, add pineapple, guavas and mangoes. Pour in milk and pineapple juice before adding agave nectar.

Step 2Place the lid and process on medium high speed until smooth – don’t forget to taste and adjust if necessary. Serve immediately
