Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 4 large guavas, washed, ends removed and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups mangoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (substitute almond milk)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons agave nectar (substitute honey)

How To Make polynesian smoothie

  • Step 1
    In the jar of a blender, add pineapple, guavas and mangoes. Pour in milk and pineapple juice before adding agave nectar.
  • Step 2
    Place the lid and process on medium high speed until smooth – don’t forget to taste and adjust if necessary. Serve immediately
