I love the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, and Lemon juice; however, I do not like just taking a shot glass, and drinking it down. So, why not make it easier to take by adding some fruit, and healthy honey.

I realize that this will not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I can attest that it is a great health/energy drink.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • PLAN/PURCHASE

  • 2 Tbsp
    fruit, frozen or fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple-cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh clover honey, or to taste
  • 6 oz
    filtered water
  • ·
    ice, as needed

Step-by-Step

  1. PREP/PREPARE
  2. Here are some of the health benefits from drinking lemon juice, apple-cider vinegar, and honey:
    • Strengthens Immune System
    • Aids in Weight Loss
    • Improves Digestion and Assimilation
    • Helps Lower Cholesterol
    • Stabilizes Blood Sugar Levels
    • Reduces Body Fat
    • Prevents Indigestion
    • Boosts Energy
    • Reduces Blood Pressure
    • Protects against Cancer
    • Relieves Nighttime Leg Cramps
    • Clears Sinuses
    • Helps Sore Throat
    • Reduces Heartburn
    • Improves Gut Function
    • Helps the Body Remove Toxins
  3. This drink might not be for everyone. For example, if you drink it, develop stomach cramps, explosive diarrhea, wind up in the hospital, and/or die. Then, please discontinue using this drink.
  4. Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
  5. Add the fruit, apple cider, lemon juice, clover honey, and water into a blender.
  6. Chef’s Note: You can add any fruit you wish, and if you want more… go for it.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Chef’s Note: If you do not want the fruit pulp, pour it through a mesh strainer, before adding to the glass.

  10. Pour over ice, and drink. Enjoy.
