Ingredients
- 5 black tea sachets (substitute orange pekoe)
- 3 cups boiling water
- 4-6 tablespoons granulated sugar, or to taste
- 2 cups cold distilled water
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
How To Make lemon iced tea

Step 1In a large measuring cup, place tea bags and pour boiling water over; steep for 6 to 10 minutes.

Step 2Remove the sachets, squeezing out any liquid and discard them. Pour in a large pitcher and add sugar; stir until dissolved. Add cold distilled water and lemon juice, stir well. Cover and transfer to the fridge for 3 hours or until chilled. Yields 5 ½ cups
